Tis the Season…to KNIT!

Chevron scarf in recycled sari silk.

That’s right I am knitting. More. oh my!

2020 kind of got to me. I needed lots of mindless easy patterns to knit. LOTS. That said I have made use of old lace stiches to create some lovely scarves and button shrugs. I figure I have increased the insulation value for my whole house!

Thank you to everyone who shopped at our Etsy Shop this past year! The response was amazing. Such fun to hear that “ka-ching” sound on our phones as the sales kept coming in. Now that you know where we are, we hope you will continue to purchase items from Yellow Dog Farm, https://www.etsy.com/shop/yellowdogfarmvt!

And my latest adventure has to do with ROCKS!

Yarn, yarn, everywhere yarn!

Hand painted brushed mohair: Grape Harvest

‘Tis the season for us to be readying for sheep and wool festivals. Our animals have been sheared and our fleece sent into be processed. I am spinning, beading, dyeing, and hand painting. Not to mention a great deal of knitting is taking place.

Alas – no shows.

So, we invite you to take a look at our Etsy shop. If you don’t see what you want, drop us a note.

Thanks,

Ellen & Jim
